History

In a multi-stage application process, the FBZ secured the contract for the DZPG in spring 2020. Following the end of the two-year development phase, the expansion phase has been underway at the Bochum-Marburg site since September 2025. The Bochum team's partners are Philipps-Universität Marburg (UMR), Bundesinstitut für Öffentliche Gesundheit (BIÖG), Deutsches Jugendinstitut (DJI), Bundesanstalt für Arbeitsschutz und Arbeitsmedizin (BAuA), Leibniz-Institut für Bildungsforschung und Bildungsinformation (DIPF), Leibniz-Institut für Psychologie (ZPID) und Leibniz-Institut für Arbeitsforschung Dortmund (IfADo[PA1] ).
